SportsBetExpert remove steel

SportsBetExpert announced via their X account that they would no longer be fielding Canadian IGL Joshua "steel" Nissan.

They played last night in ESEA Advanced with former BOSS rifler Gavin "Fruitcupx" Norman, who was recently released from BOSS.

steel most recently played for Undone in January 2025, with the roster being picked apart after Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk moved to Complexity and Ian "motm" Hardy and Connor "chop" Sullivan were both signed by Marsborne.

SportsBetExpert were eliminated one match short of the playoffs in Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series 6 by LAG, which seemed to prompt steel's removal. They will next take the server v. BOSS in ESL Challenger League Season 51 Cup 1 tonight at 09:00PM.

Should SBE continue to play with Fruitcupx, this is their expected roster for tonight:

Bogdan "ogwizard" Savula

Dust2 Birthday cake!

I agree. He only joined one month ago in January, I'm surprised he is already removed. It's hard to implement a system when you only have one month ago to do it.

Also, while Fruitcupx is a decent talent, who's going to IGL in this team? Who has the experience / leadership necessary?
