Microsoft’s Xbox platform is going through major changes, with next-gen hardware rumored for 2027 and deeper Windows integration on the horizon. At the same time, several Xbox titles are about to disappear from digital storefronts.

According to PureXbox, five Xbox games will be delisted in February and March 2026, meaning they will no longer be available for purchase digitally.

Yakuza 3 Remastered and two 2K sport titles leave in February

The first confirmed removal is Yakuza 3 Remastered, which will be delisted on February 12, 2026.

The decision ties directly to the upcoming launch of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties. While the standalone Remastered version will disappear, players can still access it through the Yakuza Complete Series Bundle.

Anyone who buys the game before February 12 will retain permanent access in their library.

Two arcade-style sports games from 2K will also leave the Xbox Store on February 20, 2026:

• NBA 2K Playgrounds 2
• WWE 2K Battlegrounds

Both titles will remain playable online until July 9, 2026. This gives existing owners several more months of server support even after delisting.

Discounts may appear ahead of the February 20 deadline, which often happens with licensed sports titles nearing removal.

SunnySide and Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection are also leaving

SunnySide is also being removed imminently, though no specific date has been confirmed.

The developer cited quality issues with the Xbox version and stated it could not further improve performance or stability. As a result, the game will no longer be sold on the platform.

Players who already purchased the title will still be able to download and play it.

Finally, Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection will be delisted on March 31, 2026.

The collection launched in 2023 and will be removed across all platforms, not just Xbox. The reason behind the removal has not been detailed, though licensing factors often drive these decisions.

Additional delistings could be announced in the coming months, especially as publishers adjust catalogs and licensing agreements.

At the same time, reports suggest Xbox Game Pass PC and Premium tiers may merge in the future. Microsoft has also revealed its 2025 Excellence Awards winners, signaling continued focus on its ecosystem despite upcoming removals.

For now, players interested in any of the listed games should act before their respective deadlines to secure permanent access.
